- Resolution authorizing the cancellation of general capital ordinance balances. (Ordinance# 37-2002, 18-2009, 19-2010 & 27-2010)
- Resolution authorizing the cancellation of a water capital ordinance balance. (Ordinance# 19-2009 & 12-2006)
- Resolution authorizing the correction regarding the expenditure of certain funds from the Township's Tree Fund for the beautification of the detention pond area at Turkey Brook Park.
- Resolution requesting approval from the Director of the DLGS for insertion of a specific item of revenue into the 2011 municipal budget ($133,000 Highlands Council Grant).
- Resolution authorizing the cancellation of taxes on municipally owned property.

- Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with the Morris County Cooperative Pricing Council to renew membership therein for the period of October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2016.
