Discussion:

•  Demunicipalization of the Library

•  Ordinance vacating all public rights in all streets located within Deerfield Estates

Resolutions:

•  Resolution amending the 2010 temporary budget for all funds

•  Resolution endorsing and supporting Governor Chris Christie's proposal to place a 2.5% cap on annual property tax increases and further endorsing the Governor's plan to initiate financial reform on the State and local levels of government

•  Resolution authorizing the amendment of a previously adopted resolution of April 13, 2010 to decrease the payment to William Stothoff for the State required 72 hour constant flow test for Turkey Brook Park Well#2

•  Resolution regarding shared service for fire inspections with Chester Borough

•  Resolution approving Mount Olive Child Care & Learning Center to make certain exterior improvements to the existing facility

•  Resolution authorizing the Tax Collector to prepare and mail estimated tax bills in accordance with PL 1994 Chapter 72

•  Resolution endorsing and supporting approval of an NJDOT Grant to the County of Morris for the improvements to the High Bridge Branch Railroad in Mount Olive and Roxbury Townships

•  Resolution awarding a contract to Petersons Tree Service for Tree Removal, Tree Trimming & Stump Grinding Services

•  Resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with Van Cleef Engineering Associates for engineering services in connection with the resurfacing of Wolfe Road

•  Resolution settling the tax appeal filed by K-Land No. 51 LLC

•  Resolution authorizing a Stipulation of Settlement in the matter of Twp of Mount Olive v. Bramhall

•  Resolution relative to the funding of the ambulance squads

Ordinances:

•  Ordinance amending OPRA fees (time sensitive will be listed for first reading this evening)
