Resolutions:
• Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute professional services contracts.
• Resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with Civil Engineering, Inc. for services in connection with the surveying of the western lot line of the Budd Lake beach area (Block 2700 Lot 4).
• Resolution amending the 2009 temporary budget for the current fund and the sewer utility.
• Resolution authorizing the acceptance of credit card payments for Recreation programs in accordance with the provisions of NJAC 5:30-9.1 et. seq.
• Resolution providing for the transfer of 2008 budget appropriations for the current fund budget (To: Street Lighting/From: Police).
• Resolution authorizing the amendment of a previously adopted resolution of December 23, 2008 to increase the fleet maintenance contract with the Penske Group for the year 2009.
