• Resolution authorizing a grant application submission to the Morris County Historic Trust for 2011 (Seward Mansion).
• Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application to the Morris County Historic Trust for 2011 (Baptist Church).
• Resolution awarding a contract to Allied Biological, Inc. for contact herbicide application to Budd Lake.

• Resolution authorizing a temporary capital budget amendment for the acquisition of property.
• Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute various professional services agreements.
• Resolution awarding a contract to Garden Laboratories for Water Testing Services.
• 2011 Proposed Budget Amendments.
• Resolution awarding a contract to National Fence System for fence materials and installation at Turkey Brook Park.
