• Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Certain Portions of Chapter 196, Sewers and Water, Article VII, Water Rates and Service Fees Section 46 of the Revised General Ordinances.

Resolutions :

• Resolution authorizing a temporary capital budget amendment for the resurfacing of Cloverhill Drive.
• Resolution authorizing the omission from tax sale certain properties (B 4117 L 33 & B 3201 L 21).
• Resolution amending temporary budget for all funds.
• Resolution authorizing a vendor service contract on a “Non-Fair & Open” basis for Pumping Services.

• Resolution memorializing an agreement with Mount Olive Quasi-Entity Sports Associations to fund field maintenance with two seasonal employees to be added to the Township's Buildings & Grounds Department.
• Resolution authorizing the Administration to execute an agreement for installation and maintenance of a public fire hydrant in proximity to the MCMUA Transfer Station on Goldmine Road, Mount Olive.
