Resolutions:
• Resolution awarding a contract to Accurate Waste Removal Services for Sewerage Sludge Pumping Services for the years 2009-2011. (Relisted)
• Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an application to NJDEP for the water main extension at Mount Olive Mews, Block 4100 Lot 80. (Relisted)
• Resolution amending the 2009 temporary budget for all funds.
• Resolution authorizing the Tax Collector to prepare and mail estimated tax bills in accordance with P.L. 1994 Chapter 72.
• Resolution authorizing the use of various purchasing contracts (Atlantic Tactical of NJ & CMF Business Supplies).
• Resolution authorizing the Mayor to issue a letter to the HMUA advising it is appropriate to permit the Mountaintop Assembly of God Church at 6 Naughright Road to connect to the HMUA.
• Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application and execution of a grant agreement with the NJDOT for the Wolfe Road Resurfacing Project.
• Resolution to Approve Alcoholic Beverage Licenses
Ordinances:
• Ordinance establishing the salary for the Director of the Department of Public Works for the year 2009.

• Request DOT to clean out culverts and install filters on storm basins at Budd Lake
• Ordinance prohibiting automatic sprinklers
