of a general capital ordinance balance
(Ord#48-08 Country Club Drainage Improvements).

Resolution providing for the transfer
of 2009 budget appropriations for the
current fund budget.

Resolution authorizing the cancellation
of the 2010 taxes on Block 800 Lot
32.16 for disabled veteran declared
100% totally and permanently disabled
by the Tax Assessor.
•
Resolution authorizing a temporary
appropriation in the amount of $750,000
to fund amounts owed by the Township
to owners of various properties for
taxes levied by the Township and authorizing
the issuance of $750,000 temporary
notes in anticipation of the issuance
of tax appeal refunding bonds or provisions
otherwise for the payment thereof through
future township budget.

Resolution amending the 2010 temporary
budget for current fund.

Resolution adopting the list of eligible
LOSAP emergency service volunteers
for 2009.

of NJSA 52:14.17.38 under which a public
employer may agree to pay for the State
Health Benefits Program coverage of
certain retirees.

to an existing box culvert at station
