•  Resolution authorizing the settlement of a tax appeal entitled Callaremi Pontiac-Buick-Cadillac, Inc. v. Mount Olive Township

  • Resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with Princeton Hydro, LLC for services in connection with the remediation and control of the weeds in Budd Lake.
  • Resolution authorizing a shared services agreement with Byram Township for the provision of Animal Control Services pursuant to the Interlocal Services Act.
  • Resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with Arlene Stoller in connection with Health Education Services.
  • Resolution authorizing the cancellation of a contract balance with Blackstone Group, LLC.
  • Resolution amending the 2011 temporary budget for the sewer utility fund and current fund.
  • Resolution awarding a contract to GE Water & Process Technologies for membrane modules for Wyndham Point Sewer Plant.
