• Resolution requesting approval from the Director of Local Government Services for insertion of a specific item of revenue into the 2009 municipal budget ($5,000 For Water Use and Conservation Management Plan Grant)
• Resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with Princeton Hydro, LLC for services in connection with the remediation and control of the weeds in Budd Lake
• Resolution authorizing a contract with Mt. Olive Autobody for collision repair services
• Bond Reduction No. 2 for Morris Hunt Phase II & III
• Bond Reduction No. 2 for Morris Chase Phase I Single Family & Multi-Family
• Resolution Establishing the date for the 2010 Reorganization Meeting
• Resolution Authorizing the transfer of the alcoholic beverage license owned by Mt. Olive Bar & Grill, LLC to Plaza 240 Associates, LLC
• Resolution authorizing professional services agreements with Brian Mason, Esq. and Anthony Abore, Esq.
Ordinances:
• Ordinance establishing Recreation fees for various township-sponsored recreation activities.
