Resolutions:
• Resolution authorizing the cancellation of a grant balance (Planning Assistance Grant).
• Resolution requesting approval from the Director of the DLGS for insertion of a specific item of revenue into the 2009 municipal budget ($14,296.50 for the Clean Energy Program).
• Resolution requesting approval from the Director of the DLGS for insertion of a specific item of revenue into the 2009 municipal budget ($4,000 for the Obey the Signs Pay the Fines Grant).
• Resolution requesting approval from the Director of the DLGS for insertion of a specific item of revenue into the 2009 municipal budget ($1,717.15 Alcohol Education and Rehabilitation).
• Resolution requesting approval from the Director of the DLGS for insertion of a specific item of revenue into the 2009 municipal budget ($6,000 Over the Limit Under Arrest Grant).
• Resolution authorizing the acceptance of the Local Government Energy Audit Program Grant. Revised – 8/3/09
• Resolution authorizing the lease of commercial antenna space on township owned water tanks.
• Resolution awarding a contract to Andrews & Company for the cleaning services of the municipal building and senior center.
• Resolution renewing Mt. Olive Bar & Grill’s Liquor License
• Resolution authorizing a place-to-place transfer of Brinker’s Liquor License (decreasing the size – Macaroni Grill breaking off and getting their own license)
• Resolution authorizing a person-to-person and place-to-place transfer of 96 Sandshore Road LLC to MacAcquisition (Macaroni Grill purchased license owned by Reza Hashemi)
• Resolution requesting the County Clerk put a question on the November Ballot relative to the combination into one land use board
• Resolution reducing the performance guarantees for Paramount Plaza (Paragano Commercial Rt. 46 strip mall)
• Resolution Authorizing the Settlement of the Tax Appeal filed by Kings Village
• Resolution Authorizing an Application to the Local Finance Board – Goldmine Interconnect
• Resolution Requesting Approval from the Director of the Division of Local Government Services for Insertion of a specific item of revenue into the 2009 Municipal Budget ($2,500 Pandemic Flu Planning) Received 8/3/09 Administration
• Resolution granting an Extension of Time to Toll Brothers in Connection with a series of Developer’s Agreements Previously Executed by Toll Brothers and the Township. Received 8/3/09 – J. Dorsey, Esq.

Ordinances:
• Bond ordinance providing for various improvements to the Water Utility in and by the Township of Mount Olive, appropriating $225,000 therefore and authorize the issuance of $213,750.00 bonds or notes of the Township for financing the cost thereof.
• Bond ordinance providing for various capital improvements of the Township of Mount Olive, appropriating the aggregate amount of $717,743.00 therefore and authorizing the issuance of $534,606.00 bonds or notes of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof.
• Bond Ordinance – Goldmine Interconnect
