ROLL CALL

Presentation:

•  Morris County Freeholder to present a check to the Trust for Public Land for their purchase of South Branch Headwaters Project.

Discussion :

•  St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish Sewer Project (Gene Buczynski & Administration)

•  Proposed revision to Land Use Ordinance – Wellhead Protection (Gene Buczynski)

Resolutions:

•  Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application and execution of a grant contract with the New Jersey DOT for the Improvements to Cloverhill Drive Project.

•  Resolution authorizing a one year extension of a contract with Allegra (formerly OCS Printing) for printing services.

•  Resolution authorizing a one year extension of a contract with Water Resource Sales & Service for Environment One Grinder Pump Sales & Services.

•  Resolution requesting approval from the Director of the DLGS for insertion of a specific item of revenue into the 2010 municipal budget ($4,400 for Alcohol Traffic Safety and Drunk Driving Incentive Grant).

•  Resolution requesting the County Clerk place a question on the General Election Ballot regarding the sale of the water systems.
