OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT ANNOUNCEMENT
According to the Open Public Meetings Act, adequate notice of this meeting has been given to the Mount Olive Chronicle. Notice has been posted at the Municipal Building, 204 Flanders-Drakestown Road, Mount Olive Township, New Jersey and notices were sent to those requesting the same.

RESOLUTIONS NON CONSENT

1. Resolution of the Township Council of the Township of Mount Olive Approving Change Order No. 1 Under the Contract Issued to Wire’s Electrical Shop. - Removed

2. Resolution of the Township Council of the Township of Mount Olive Authorizing a Waiver of Limitation of Turkey Brook Hours of Operation for the Mount Olive Soccer Club.

Mr. Buell: I move Resolution #2.

Mr. Perkins: Second.

PUBLIC PORTION ON INDIVIDUAL RESOLUTIONS - none

President Greenbaum: Anyone from the public wish to be heard on Resolution #2? Seeing none, I close it to the public. Mr. Buell?

COUNCIL COMMENTS ON INDIVIDUAL RESOLUTIONS

Mr. Buell: Yes, we talked about modifying this. Do we want to modify it?

President Greenbaum: It’s not a modification. It’s just simply going to be a letter that’s going to go to the Mount Olive Soccer Club indicating that the Noise Ordinance remains in effect, and that they need to be mindful of that as they do their continued operation. Roll Call please.

MOTIONS

Mr. Tobey: I move for:

1. Approval of Raffle Application #2208 for the Budd Lake First Aid & Rescue Squad and Raffle Application #2209 for the MOHS Parent’s Club.

Mr. Perkins: Second.

President Greenbaum: Moved and seconded, any discussion? Roll Call please.

ROLL CALL – Passed Unanimously with the exception Mrs. Labow abstained from Application #2209
because she is the president of the organization.

2. Bill List

Mrs. Labow: I move the Bill List.

Mr. Tobey: Second.

President Greenbaum: Any comment? Mr. Rattner.

Mr. Rattner: Again, I will approve it but it has to be subject to, I think it’s a standard A1A form.

Mr. Tepper: AIA.

Mr. Rattner: What?

Mr. Tepper: It’s an AIA form.

Mr. Rattner: Yes, the application certificate for payment form.

President Greenbaum: Is there a second?

Mr. Tepper: Second.

President Greenbaum: We moved it and seconded it already, so…

Mr. Rattner: No, this was for, I guess the amendment.

President Greenbaum: Okay, so the motion…

Mr. Rattner: The motion to add it.

President Greenbaum: We’ll vote on the motion first. All in favor of the motion to amend?
