The Regular Public Meeting of the Mount Olive Township Council was called to Order at 7:34 pm by Council President Greenbaum with the Pledge of Allegiance.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE & MOMENT OF REFLECTION

OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT ANNOUNCEMENT According to the Open Public Meetings Act, adequate notice of this meeting has been given to the Mount Olive Chronicle. Notice has been posted at the Municipal Building, 204 Flanders-Drakestown Road, Mount Olive Township, New Jersey and notices were sent to those requesting the same.

ROLL CALL Present: Mr. Tepper, Mr. Buell, Mr. Biondi, Mr. Perkins, Mr. Rattner,
Mr. Greenbaum
Absent: Mrs. Labow

Also Present: John Dorsey, Township Attorney; Mayor De La Roche; Rick Prill, Business Administrator; Sherry Jenkins, CFO;
Lisa Lashway, Township Clerk

RESOLUTION

President Greenbaum: We have one item on for the Special Public Meeting this evening:

1. Resolution of the Township Council of the Township of Mount Olive Authorizing the Sale of Lot 10, Block 4100 on the Mount Olive Township Tax Assessment Map Subject to Certain Terms and Conditions.

President Greenbaum: Mr. Tepper, do you want to move that resolution please?

Mr. Tepper: I move Resolution #1.

Mr. Buell: Second.

PUBLIC PORTION ON INDIVIDUAL RESOLUTION

President Greenbaum: It has been moved and seconded. Is there anyone from the public who wishes to be heard on this particular resolution? Seeing none, I close it to the public.

COUNCIL COMMENTS ON INDIVIDUAL RESOLUTION

President Greenbaum: Mr. Dorsey, do you have anything to add?

Mr. Dorsey: No, we are ready. We are having another informational session on Friday. We seem to have some intense interests and the bidding will be two weeks from tonight at 7:15, sealed bids.

President Greenbaum: Does anyone else have anything else to add? If not, I am going to have a Roll Call.

ROLL CALL Passed Unanimously

President Greenbaum: At this point, we will adjourn to the Workshop. Can I have a motion to adjourn please?

Mr. Perkins: So moved.

Mr. Biondi: Second.

Motion was made and seconded, all in favor and none opposed, the meeting was adjourned at 7:56 pm.
