Sufficient sleep can help build a better body. Sheex sheets, made for athletes by athletes, are spun from the same type of breathable, high-performance material that keeps jocks cool and dry during physical training. The sheets sets, licensed by the National Sleep Foundation, sell for $129 to $229 at sheex.com and are expected to be through Bed Bath and Beyond in April.
If you’re among 43 percent of Americans who rarely or never get a good night’s sleep during the week, an electronic device you’ve welcomed into your bed might be to blame, according to a recent National Sleep Foundation survey.

Medicare is changing the
rules about Part D and you may
be affected
by the change. Some plans are being dropped
and many are changing. Before the changes
are announced
in October, it would be good
to review your medications
with your doctor(s)
to make sure that - no changes are
planned
for your meds and to see if a generic is available.
Generics are much cheaper. Watch the newspapers,
news
reports and your mail from Medicare and
