Medicare is changing the rules about Part D and you may

be affected by the change. Some plans are being dropped

and many are changing. Before the changes are announced

in October, it would be good to review your medications

with your doctor(s) to make sure that - no changes are

planned for your meds and to see if a generic is available.

Generics are much cheaper. Watch the newspapers, news

reports and your mail from Medicare and you Part D i

nsurance provider for more information.

"WASHINGTON Veterans exposed to herbicides while

serving in Vietnam and other areas will have an easier path

to access quality health care and qualify for disability

compensation under a final regulation that will be published

on August 31, 2010 in the Federal Register by the

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).The new rule expands

the list of health problems VA will presume to be related to

Agent Orange and other herbicide exposures to add two

new conditions and expand one existing category of

conditions." from a release by the Veterans Administration.
