St. Patrick's Day Party

Usually
during March each year at the social
meeting, the Senior Citizens Club sponsers
a St. Patrick's Day Party. We have corned
beef, potato's, cabbage, bread, including
Irish soda bread. We also have live
music or a DJ.
March 20 Food from 11:30 to 12:30 PM

Senior Prom
2012 June 1, From 5 to 8 PM

The
Mount Olive High School Key Club sponsers
a Senior Prom for all of the Seniors.
There is no charge and they provide
food, music and a fun filled evening.
In the past it started about 5PM and
ended about 8PM.

Summer Picnic

The
Mount Olive Health Department sponsors
a Summer Picnic for all of the Seniors.

The Mount
Olive Township staff prepares and serves the food,
burgers, hot dogs, chicken, salads
and desert.

Each attendee will receive a ticket for door prize drawings that are held through out the day.
Special pictures may be taken of Seniors celebrating a birthday of 90 years of age or older and couples celebrating 50 years or more of wedded bliss.

Activity
Holiday Party

The
Holiday Party is scheduled on a day in December 8th.
Tickets for Club members is $15. It is normally held at an area restaurant
with a seating capacity of 100 or more
people. Music is provided by a DJ or
live music.
Members who want to attend
the party have to purchase tickets.
The cost is variable based on the restaurant
and menu. Door prizes and lots of fun
will be had.

Community Contributions
The
Seniors Sponsor Low Income needy folks
with Food Gift cards and Pantry items
throughout the year and especially at
Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Each year the seniors sponsor 2 needy

The Senior Club operates on a volunteer
basis and your participation in helping
on one or more of the committees is
greatly appreciated.
