Here is the opportunity to come out and help support
the community, promote your organization and meet our
neighbors. We will promote the event through press releases,
signs, posters, etc. As a partner, we will include your
group in our press releases and event day acknowledgments.

This will be the 3rd Annual Mt. Olive Community Week.
Community week begins Thursday, July 24th and continues
through Sunday, July 27th, 2008 at Turkey Brook Park.
(The Carnival runs July 23rd - 27th).
We expect more than 18,000 people to come out to enjoy
the week! This is an excellent chance to introduce your
business or organization to the community. Below is the
sponsorship packet which you will need in order to be
a part of our Special Event.

Join the fun at our carnival on our Doo Wop and Car Show
theme day!
Sunday July 27th, 2008 at Turkey Brook Park
Fee to join $ 20.00
Come and join our car display during the Mt. Olive Carnival
and Community Weekend. There will be prizes and trophies
for winning entries! Special Classic, Antique and Hot
Rod display parking requires the owner to arrive and park
the vehicle on-site between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm and to
not depart from the display area until 5:00 pm or later.
