We don’t want you to miss out on this summer’s biggest event - the Mount Olive Carnival & Community Week is BACK! We will be at Turkey Brook Park, Wednesday, July 11 – Sunday, July 15, 2012, FIVE great days to reach out to our community! (We’ve taken all the suggestions from previous years' events and made plans for this year's to be even better! )
The Mt. Olive Carnival and Community Week will open Wednesday, July 11th. Hours: Wednesday 7/11 through Friday, 7/13 - 5pm until 11pm, Saturday, 7/14 from 1pm until 11pm (fireworks scheduled for 9:15pm) and Sunday, 7/15 from 1pm until 9pm (rain date for fireworks).
This will be a terrific event to celebrate all the great organizations and neighbors that makes Mt. Olive a great place to live!
We would like to invite you to partner with us for this event. There are several ways to participate as a Partner:
| Sponsors provide donations of funds, supplies or services and receive mention in all our press releases, signage, posters, etc. |

| Vendors provide a donation enabling them to set-up a booth to reach thousands of neighbors with their products or services. |

| Service Organizations – Show what you are all about! Fundraise! (Limited free booth locations to qualified local non-profit organizations) |

Volunteers – we will need people to help in a variety of ways throughout the day!

The proceeds will be used to help pay for event needs and the fireworks show!
We will promote the event through press releases, signs, posters, e-newsletters, flyers, etc. As a sponsor, we will include your organization in our press releases and event day acknowledgments. We appreciate your help!

The form should be returned to the Recreation Department ASAP so we can arrange details with you. The sooner we have your participation secured, the sooner we can advertise your participation, and you can start receiving the benefits of your sponsorship, as well enabling you to maximize your participation in the event as part of your marketing plan!
