Mr. moved for Adoption and Final Passage on Ord. # 2001 and
Mr. Seconded the motion.
ROLL CALL: Passed Unanimously
President Rattner declared Ord. # 2001 as Passed on Second
Reading.
FIRST READING
Mr. Moved that Ord. # 2001 be introduced by title and passed
on First Reading and that it be scheduled for Adoption after
a Public Hearing on 2001 at 7:30pm. Mr. Seconded the Motion.
ROLL CALL: Passed Unanimously
Mr. moved for approval of the Resolution and Mr. Seconded
the motion.
ROLL CALL: Passed Unanimously
Motion made for adjournment. All in Favor, none Opposed.
