MICHAEL LATA RECEIVES 4TH QUARTER "MOST VALUABLE EMPLOYEE" AWARD Mayor Licitra has announced that Michael Lata, Division of Water & Sewer, has been selected as this Quarters' Most Valuable Employee. Mike was selected based on the initiative he has shown in aggressively working to improve plant operations, efficiency, and maintenance. The result of his efforts culminated in a successful annual inspection conducted by the NJDEP. In addition, his dedication has been repeatedly seen as he works in a proactive fashion that translates into facility enhancements. Specifically, he was able to successfully revert the treatment process to provide a better, more efficient operation that is less sensitive to varying conditions.
